AI Image Generation Consent
PSL Max can generate images using your latest face scan or selected image.
To create your result, we send your image and generation details to PSL Max’s generation server and to OpenAI, our third-party AI provider. The generation details may include your selected category, option, current PSL estimate, potential estimate, tier label, prompt profile, and request metadata.
We use this data to generate the image you requested, operate Generate, enforce safety rules, prevent abuse, debug errors, and maintain service security. We do not use your face image or generated image for third-party targeted advertising, data brokerage, or face identification.
AI-generated images may be inaccurate, unrealistic, biased, or visually imperfect. They are not medical, surgical, dental, psychological, dating, or professional advice.
By continuing, you consent to PSL Max sending this information to OpenAI for AI image generation.

Repeat-use compact disclosure
Generate uses your latest scan or selected image plus generation details. The request is processed by PSL Max and OpenAI to create your image.

When enabled, PSL Max may send your selected or latest scan image and generation details to PSL Max’s generation server and OpenAI to generate images. You can withdraw consent for future AI generation requests at any time.
Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete requests already processed by PSL Max or OpenAI where retention is required or permitted for security, abuse prevention, support, legal, or provider-retention reasons.
